Bryce did a super job installing the replacement faucet set and toilet this morning! He was professional and most helpful with advice on the best fit and quality for our needs. My bathroom looks new again! I trust VIP for such installations and cleaning out the sewer line on previous clogs! -
This is a long overdue review for Bryce Emerson who works for VIP and did a fantastic job of replacing my master bath toilet and snaking two drains, both sink and tub. He is efficient, kind, a great communicator, on time and gives the best service at a reasonable cost. I have used him twice and he is my plumber of choice for all my work!

I called the company for an issue in regards with the old ac unit and disconnected condensation draining pipe. I scheduled a later appointment, but representative offer me with an earlier time. Technician came by and found the exit of draining pipe. Then gave me a quote for the pipe reroute. He also offered to check the plumbering in the house for free. All the work are free of charge. I have a home that was built in the 1950’s and most of my pipes & drains had not been touched since then. One of the drains had backed up and that was why I called VIP Sewer & Drain. I loved my experience with this company as they are so honest and have decent heartfelt customer service skills. Jerry was so kind to replace my valve which took a lot of work. The price for this was $1000 less than another company that came out. I was so impressed with his work ethic and professionalism.

Jesus and Miguel were timely to check for what I assumed was an outside water leak. The guys looked at the water meter and the usual sign was not there. They helped determine what the water sprinkler system was doing causing what appeared to be a water leak. Chavez and George called me on the way to verify the appointment. I had a serious blockage problem in the main line that was unable to be solved by a previous router service. $450 hydro jetting and no fix for the clogged drain. Was told $87 for the inspection and if they could clear the drain it would be credited. Also was quoted $375 and I confirmed over the phone before I made the appointment. Two people sent spent 1/2 or more of the time fiddling around with the small drain machine in their van to make up the full hour. Beware, do research and ask questions before hiring VIP. Excellent service. Came to house quickly. Very professional. Fair pricing. 2nd time I used them in 2 years to clear out the roots in my sewer pipe. Hydrojet wash and video camera analysis. Problem solved ! I highly recommend them.

Bryce is just outstanding. As a retired business owner, Bryce would make any employer envious. I called VIP for an emergency sewer leak discovered by a landscape contractor in our yard. Bryce responded quickly, inspected and came up with a solution. The job was scheduled for the next day! Bryce and The VIP team are the best.
