I have to give another shout out to Nick. We called last night for a backed-up sewer, and he was out first thing this morning. I brought my kids out to stay with my parents for part of the summer, so there are a lot of us using the bathrooms. Nick was prompt, super helpful, and surprisingly inexpensive (when do we say that in Orange County?!) My dad was at the house to meet Nick. Now, you need to understand, my dad is a retired contractor. No one, and I mean no one, lives up to my dad’s standards of “how things should be done.” When I came home, Nick was just finishing up, and my dad was asking Nick for business cards to pass on as a referral. My jaw hit the floor– I don’t think I’ve ever heard my dad ask for cards before. That’s really all you need to know– helpful, quick, clean, inexpensive, and knowledgeable. What else do you need?
