Nick, sensing my urgency, came out within 2 hours of my call. He took incremental steps to identify my bathtub clog and was able to resolve the issue. Given that the problem was a much bigger job than initially anticipated, his team (Alvino and the boys) worked professionally and tirelessly to get the job done. They also showed me proof via the camera and even provided me with pictures and videos for my reference.

Home maintenance is a necessary evil, but somehow they made it tolerable.

I have to give another shout out to Nick. We called last night for a backed-up sewer, and he was out first thing this morning. I brought my kids out to stay with my parents for part of the summer, so there are a lot of us using the bathrooms. Nick was prompt, super helpful, and surprisingly inexpensive (when do we say that in Orange County?!) My dad was at the house to meet Nick. Now, you need to understand, my dad is a retired contractor. No one, and I mean no one, lives up to my dad’s standards of “how things should be done.” When I came home, Nick was just finishing up, and my dad was asking Nick for business cards to pass on as a referral. My jaw hit the floor– I don’t think I’ve ever heard my dad ask for cards before. That’s really all you need to know– helpful, quick, clean, inexpensive, and knowledgeable. What else do you need? Call Nick.

We are soo grateful for the excellent and professional service we received from Nick Willis.  He was knowledgeable and clear in his analysis of the problem and offered solutions that were more than fair in price and payment options. Nick was on time, diligent, and efficient in his work.  He was also conscientious  and consistently careful with our property as he worked. He  even  needed to go beyond the original work estimated, at no further charge to us. We can’t say enough about the incredible job Nick did for us. My kitchen sink started backing up last night and I didn’t know who to call. With perfect timing, I received the Val Pak in the mail today and there was a coupon for VIP Sewer & Drain Service. I called and spoke with Nick, the owner. He was able to come after one more appointment. I received a text notification letting me know he was on his way which was really appreciated.  He was friendly, conscientious, clean and thorough.  It was also nice to find out that he’s third generation in the business. It gave me an extra level of comfort.  I’m so thankful to have found VIP Sewer & Drain Service.

I had a backed up sink and most places were closed on Sundays so I said out multiple messages to Rooter places. I had multiple quotes with a large variety of estimates. VIP Sewer and Drain had the lowest estimate which worried me a little bit but the owner Nick got back to me quickly and we set up a time for Monday. They showed up a few minutes early but I wasn’t home yet and he texted me and pleasantly told me to text me when I got home. Long story short it was the most painless plumbing experience I ever had. They were in and out in about 30 minutes , total cost $69 and they Warrantee their work for 90 days. Nick also took a look at my running toilet before he left. I was expecting the worst but this company is awesome. I always think some yelp reviews are either friends or family members. I’m telling you I never met this guy before and I just kinda rolled the dice and I ended up a big winner.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing repairs. The owner, Nick, came after hours and helped fix my mother in laws sink which was leaking. He was super friendly and got the job done! Definate 5 out of 5 star review!
