My kitchen sink started backing up last night and I didn’t know who to call. With perfect timing, I received the Val Pak in the mail today and there was a coupon for VIP Sewer & Drain Service. I called and spoke with Nick, the owner. He was able to come after one more appointment. I received a text notification letting me know he was on his way which was really appreciated.  He was friendly, conscientious, clean and thorough.  It was also nice to find out that he’s third generation in the business. It gave me an extra level of comfort.  I’m so thankful to have found VIP Sewer & Drain Service.
